The purpose of this Club is for the appreciation of Peter Mensah and
to support his career (and to have fun doing this).
Rules only exist so that the club can always be fun and be enjoyable
for all its members.
- A friendly club.
All members of the club must be friendly and considerate
to other members at all times, both in emails, and in messages on the bulletin
board.
- No Harassment or attacking members.
No harassment or "flaming" are allowed in emails
or on the bulletin board. No harassment means that members are not allowed
to annoy other members with unwanted emails, or emails which make the person
unhappy or uncomfortable. No "flaming" means members are not allowed
to send emails which attack another member, or use offensive language, or
try to start any "ganging up" on another member.
- No Offensive Language
Everyone who emails or posts messages in the club is entitled
to their opinion, and we hope members will enjoy interesting and lively discussions.
But the use of offensive language or threats in any form will not be allowed;
any member who emails or posts messages inappropriately will be warned, and
if they don't stop they will be removed as a member of the club. So enjoy
discussions, and exchanging different points of view, but don't call other
members names; don't attack people because you disagree with their opinions.
Emails or bulletin posts which use name-calling will be deleted, and the member
will be warned.
- Responsibility
As members you are all responsible for what you email or
post in the Club. Always review your messages before emailing or posting.
Make sure the message sticks to the club rules. The Fan Club can't take responsibility
for emails or bulleting posts, but we will definitely enforce these rules,
and members who break them after being warned, will be removed from the club
and will not be allowed to rejoin.
- Age
Members should all remember that some members of the club
are much younger than they are. It is not allowed to email or to post bulletins
which are not suitable for the younger members to read.
- Race and Nationality.
This club will not tolerate discrimination in any form.
Discrimination because of age, race, nationality, gender, religious belief
is grounds for dismissal from the club.
- Illegal activities are not permitted.
Promoting actions which are illegal in the club, or taking
part in activities which are illegal or fraudulent (dishonest) is not allowed.
- Privacy
Members are not allowed to email or post anyone's personal
information without written permission from the author.
One Last Word
The Fan Club reserves the right to remove anyone from the membership roster.
Fan Club members are expected to behave themselves with courtesy and good manners
at any event where Peter Mensah is present. Fan Club members should only attempt
to contact Mr. Mensah through legal venues.
